The artist has the right to include commissioned artworks in professional portfolios, namely https://wrought.carrd.co/#art and this website.

The artist's work may not be used commercially, including but not limited to using the work for promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The artist's work may be displayed on online platforms by the client (ToyHou.se, DeviantArt, Discord, etc) so long as credit to the artist is displayed clearly. This includes being used as social media banners and profile pictures.

The artist's work may be modified freely by the client(s). The artist retains copyright.

Artwork may not be used in conjecture with or to train machine learning of any kind.

Payments are typically only accepted via invoice through PayPal. Please ensure you have a valid email linked to PayPal.

If you are local or a corporate entity, other payment methods can be discussed.

Payments are expected to be payed in full before work begins, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed upon.

Full refunds are available only before an initial sketch is approved by you.

Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

Clear reference images of characters must be sent to the artist, text descriptions of characters will fall under the "Character Design" commission type.

Printing, packaging, shipping and any other manner of required non-digital interaction with commissioned work will incur additional fees.
